Outstanding Tiny Desk AI Template: 5 Roles, 1–5 Photos

Short answer: The Outstanding Tiny Desk AI template is the 15-second closing moment of "Outstanding" from Charlie Wilson's 2023 NPR Tiny Desk Concert, with a five-person band you can re-cast. On this site you upload 1–5 photos and the AI re-films the moment with your people as the lead singer, the sax player and the three backup singers.

The five roles

• Lead singer (photo 1): center mic, the long high note and the laugh. Gets the most screen time.
• Sax player (photo 2): steps in for the solo at the end.
• Backup singers 1–3 (photos 3–5): sway and sing behind the lead.

Photos are cast in upload order. Want a different lead? Remove the photos and upload your star first.

Fewer than five photos

You choose how the empty spots are filled:

• AI musicians: the rest of the band becomes generic, unnamed musicians. Best when the joke is about one or two people.
• Repeat my people: your photos are reused for the empty roles. With one photo, you play the whole band.

What you get

• A 15-second vertical 9:16 MP4 with the "Outstanding" audio
• The same MP4 without music, for adding sound inside TikTok or Reels
• A GIF export for group chats
• 720p HD, no watermark

Is there a CapCut template?

CapCut templates paste a face onto fixed frames. This template re-films the whole moment with a video AI model (Seedance 2.0), so each band member moves, sings and plays as themselves. You don't need CapCut or any editing app: generate here, download, post.

Popular ways to use the template

• Sports: your rec-league team or your fantasy group as the band. The trend started with real coaches, but this site only takes photos of adults who agreed, never public figures.
• Friends: the birthday person on lead, the group chat on backup.
• Fantasy league: last place sings lead.
• Office: your team as the house band.
• Solo: one photo, every role.
